Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and not a perishable ingredient such as yeast or liquid flavorings.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box including the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
