How long does shipping take for brewing ingredients?
We prioritize freshness and typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return yeast or other perishable items?
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items like yeast, hops, or grain. However, equipment and non-perishables can be returned within 30 days.
Do you offer CO2 tank refills or exchanges?
Yes, we offer local CO2 tank exchange services at our retail location. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot ship filled gas tanks via standard courier services.
Are your soda concentrates compatible with home carbonation systems?
Absolutely! Our soda syrups and concentrates are designed to work perfectly with SodaStream machines, kegging systems, and manual carbonation setups.
What happens if my glass fermenter or bottles arrive broken?
We take great care in packaging fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
